How to prepare for IPCC gr-I exam in Nov-11 by doing self study? I am going to open the books of IPCC gr-1 for 1st time from June11 and want to clear it in 1st attempt in nov 11. How should i do the studies for gr-i as i have left only 4-5 months in my hand. Is it really possible to clear IPCC in 1st atttempt by self study? I am average student. I am studying alone as none of my friend is doing CA (one of my friend has given only CPT and then done notning).

you have a enough time, even if u start from June'11 u can with well plan complete both group not one.
But as u said u r going to prepare for Gr-1 so the time with u is more than enough.
First of all prepare well plan for study, collect all material for reading purpose from which u are going to prepare.
Based on material prepare subject wise plan allocate days for all the three subject and accordingly hours for all three subject.
follow this strategy and yes most important is always remember double 'R'
First 'R' for regular reading and Second 'R' for regular reavision then u will definately get success.
