Suppose if I Own two house properties and if I have given both the house properties on rent then do i have to pay tax on both house properties?

YES but now as per finance act2019 if you occupy up to two houses than GAV of both house shall be taken as nil..

GAV of rented house property cannot be zero; nor its deemed rental. Both properties are actually rented, and hence rental income of both the properties must be offered to tax.

Yes you have to as exemption is only for one self occupied house.
