Suppose if I Own two house properties and if I give both the house properties on rent then do I have to pay tax?

Yes, you have to pay tax over rental income earned on both the properties, u/s. 24 of IT act; where you can get 30% standard deduction.

yes u have to pay tax on both.. however you can claim one house as self-occupied, but need to pay notional rent on the second
