if I have purchased house in the name of my wife.... but loan is paid by me... who claim interest deduction... thank

Hi,
If you and your wife are co-owners of the house property, then both of you can claim deduction U/s 80C. If you are not the co-owner, then it is not possible to claim the same.
Same applies to Interest .
