total amount paid for housing loan for f.y.17-18 is Rs.183552/-out of which Rs.122123/-is the principal amount & Rs.61429/-is the interest amount. can we claim this amount as deduction as Rs.122123/-under section 80C & Rs.61429/-under section 24(b)?

Yes you have to claim deduction u/s 80C for principal amt only I.e 122123/- & u/s 24(b) Rs.61429/-.
