I have 3 companies all private limited all have same shareholders and directors than which company should call holding and which is subsidiary ???
as directors have direct and indirect control equall in 3 companies..

If everything is same first of all then why are three different companies made?
If made for different work procedure then on the basis of nature of work holding and subsidiary can be decided.
