If a Company is incorporated on May, 2013 and another Company on March, 2014. Then what will be the due date for holding the first Annual General Meeting? In the instant case whether we need to go by the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 or by teh Provisions of teh Companies Act, 2013?

Both the companies have been incorporated under CA 1956 and you have to follow procedure accordingly. You may refer my attached article on the subject.
