I am a student of CA FINAL .my exams are in may. Iam doing all the topics in accounts. Can i exclude holding co. since I am getting very much confused.

No, Don't skip that topic yar...!!!
It is a compulsory question every time.
My sincere advice is practice few problems, which covers all the adjustments.
In exam also, attempt that question as you are also aware of that marks are awarded based on your steps on that problem solving and not based on the final answer.
As Accounts also one of the toughest subjects in CA Final, Dont leave any topic.
Prepare well and attempt well..!!!
