Hold of my kyc

Dear All

I have purchased ELSS of IDBI  & Reliance Mutual fund two month back.But when I am checking about my KYC status it is coming "Hold" .At the time of purchase through Karvy consultant I gave PAN card copy as my ID proof and Bank Passbook copy of SBM for Address proof.

I can't understand what I will do? Pls anybody guide me what to do?
