Generally, top practising firms (eg. Mehta & Mehta)  will harass you a lot by asking difficult questions. You will need to have a good grip on sections and legal updates. PCS firms generally ask simple questions on Meetings, directors, Sec 372A, Sec 77A, Incorporation of Company, change in name, change in registered office address, Change from Pub ltd. co. to Pvt ltd. & vice versa etc. 

In Companies, generally, you will be asked 1 or 2 extremely simple questions on Company Law and later they will ask like " Tell me about yourself ".They may even ask you about your study. 

If you can not answer the questions in the interview do not get nervous, as all students are in the same boat, just be confident !

Oh ! So you are a Kashmiri pundit ! Nice to meet you ! The land in which you live is very beautiful & scenic. Even the people & language they speak is indeed beautiful...It's true that a place in which we live influences us  a lot...

But sadly, my advise to you is to leave your beautiful state and move over to mega cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Banglore etc.) in search for job of a Company Secretary. Because of large scale unemployment in the state of Jammu & Kashmir, the youths are migrating to major cities of India & even abroad. Even if you get some employment in Srinagar, you will not be paid as highly as in above said mega cities. But, since you are a women, or perhaps, unmarried, I do not think that your parents will allow you to migrate alone (as cities like Delhi are not safe for women). Talk with your parents and then take any decisions.
