Hi,
I own a private limited company that provides various consulting services to our clients.
I want to employ a CS who has the necessary certification to incorporate companies by filing and certifying all forms related to company incorporation on MCA portal.
What certification should the CS have? Should he/she be a practising CS or a whole time CS? Is there an upper limit to the number of companies that can be incorporated in a year?

Thank you Vandana. I understand that a PCS is not allowed to be employed or have a master-slace/service contract relationship with another entity.
So in this scenario where - I want the PCS to exclusively work on the clients incorporation that my PVT LTD company provides to the PCS. Is this legal? There would be no employment contract between PCS and my pvt ltd company. Should we manage this relationship by signing an MOU?
