2morrow meet the concerned regional officer in person at ur nearest regional council.
Don worry ull get it if u hve filled the exam form correctly.

Check here, if you sent your application:
https://exam.icwai.org/admit/admit-dispute.asp
feed in your registration number, like:
ABC/001234
You must be sure you completed all formalities: test papers (postal) or mock test (oral), gd & seminar, computer training (if 2nd or both groups)
