Dear Friends

I need to import 2 Gen sets under High Sea Sales and deliver to 2 different customers in India. I also need to put my customer as the "Notify Party"

How to go about and what are the Tax liabilities please.

High seas sale is exempted supply,

I assume that the 2 parties will themselves be filing BOE and clear the goods from port.

Therefore,

1. For sales made by you to third party, it will be considered as Non-GST supply and you don't have to pay any GST.

2. For your customers, they will be liable to pay Customs Duty + IGST at the time f clearing the goods from port  and the IGST paid can be availed as credit.

high sea sales are non gst ....ammendment no need to pay tax
high sea sale is excempted.
high sale are exempt
GST not applicable. Only the person clearing the goods by filing bill of entry has to pay GST.
thank you and congratulations
