How to hide your cell formulas in excel.

Every cell has two key properties: locked and hidden. A locked cell can't be changed, and the contents of a hidden cell don't appear in the formula bar when the cell is selected. By default, every cell is locked and not hidden. But it's important to remember that these attributes have no effect unless the worksheet itself is protected.

Do the following steps

  1. Select the range of formula you want to hide.
  2. Right click on the selected range and choose format cells option. Otherwise Press “CTRL” + “1”
  3. A dialog box will appear. Select the Protection tab. And select locked or hidden or both as you wish.
  4. Now to protect your sheet, click on the tools menu, Protection Tab, Protect Sheet.
  5. Now enter a password. And your formula is now hidden.
