Hi Friends,

I have cleared my 1st group of CA Final and am planning to give the remaining 2nd group. This is the first time I would be attempting the group. I am working and will get only 20 days leave for the exam. I am not able to let go of my job and hence will have to manage in the 20 day leave. I am based in Mumbai.

With this background can you please suggest good books / classes notes for Grp 2.

Your help would be really appreciated.

If you cn manage your time for some classes then first go for Costing (AMA). Classes will be very helpful in this subject. Other subject can b prepared on self-study basis.

You cn refer following books for your EXAM preparation

AMA - Padhuka plus Study Material and Practice Manual

ISCA - Manish Valechha plus and Practice Manual (The book covers everything about ISCA, added with examples, diagrams, memory codes....No need to refer study material)

Direct Taxes- T.N.Manoharan Plus Summary Module of Vinod Gupta (Prepare notes for lengthy and typical portion, if possible)

Indirect Taxes - N S Govindan for Concepts (Padhuka or Banger for detailed Study and past exam Questions)
