I have received a communication from CPC bangalore stating my returns for AY 2012-13 has been transferred to jurisdictional AO who shd be further contact w.r.t my returns as CPC bangalore is unable to process my return .

However the communication doesnot state if there is any error in the returns. What should be my next step ? should i make a submission to Jurisdictional AO and file my form 16 & ITR V form  ? Please advice
