I want an opininon about the following.
We purchased a shed from Goa Economic Development Corporation in an auctiion, a shed which was taken over by them for non payment of dues. The defaulter party is absconding. We paid the full amount to EDC & they transfered the ownership in our favour. Now while keeping the said shed as security, we learnt that the defaulting party had created Charge for loan with the ROC which is stll there.
So I want to know, how to remove the charge when the defaulter is absconding & what is the procedure.
Your help wiil be highly apreciated.
