Help needed regarding IPCC exam form.

Dear friends, Can you please tell me that at what address I need to send the copies of ITT Training certificate and Orientation Programme. Do I need to attach the copies to the exam form or send separately on a different address other than this "Additional Secretary (Exams)

send along with application form...

if u already sent the application form means send the ITT cerficates seperatly.. no need to disclose anything in addition

with the examination form there will be no need to attach copy of ITT or Orientation  cerficates copy. Only send exam form.

IN FORM B THERE IS A REQIREMENT WRITTEN DOWN SIDE THAT U HAVE TO ENCLOSE

1.ITT CERTIFICATE (PHOTO COPY)

2.ORIENTATION CERTIFICATE(PHOTO COPY)

3.FORM A

4.FORM B

5.AND THE DRAFT

FOR SAFETY ALSO SEND THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE PHOTOCOPY .AND PLEASE ATTEST ALL THE DOCUMENTS IT WITH A C.A

Delhi or noida?

Dear friends, Can you please tell me that at what address I need to send the copies of ITT Training certificate... i have already given my ipcc exam in november 2010 but at that time i have not attached the ITTcertificate as i had not completed at that time ...so at what adress i have to sent the copy of ITT certificates so that my result be declared without any problem?
