I want to submit response sheet for group 1 of CS Executive. I need following information:

1. From where can I get the answers of response sheet. If anybody have it, plzz forward it to akanksha3191 @ yahoo.com

2. What kind of page to be used for writing answers?

3. The title of response sheet is to be printed from ICSI website or to be obtained from institute?

4. How to send it. What is the procedure
