Hi...
I heard that the ICAI will change the sylabus of income tax by including Direct Taxes codes., and Companies Act 2010... in Company Law and its relating provision..
When it will come into force.... and it will be applicable for both PCC and IPCC or only for IPCC Students....
Pls help me out...... My attempt falls in may-2011 already my head is hung :-)
First of all direct taxes code will not applicable till april,2011. suppose it will come in force after april,11 than institute will give time to undrstand all terms of new income tax.. so u dont fear abt direct taxes when it will come in force institute will give time to us to undrstand the all terms of new income tax and i have seen direct tax code it is easier than our current income tax section system..

Hey dude u forget to say about Companies Act 2010... i heard all relating provisions and case study and all will be changed as per provisions of companies act 2010... Is it so... and even told the definition of the company also changes.... any suggestion regarding dis.... really it will be helpful... Boss....
