First of all direct taxes code will not applicable till april,2011. suppose it will come in force after april,11 than institute will give time to undrstand all terms of new income tax.. so u dont fear abt direct taxes when it will come in force institute will give time to us to undrstand the all terms of new income tax and i have seen direct tax code it is easier than our current income tax section system..

Hey dude u forget to say about Companies Act 2010...  i heard all relating provisions and case study and all will be changed as per provisions of companies act 2010...  Is it so... and even told the definition of the company also changes....  any suggestion regarding dis.... really it will be helpful...
