I am assuming that u r simply deleting the word Private from ur co. name and for that u only need to file form 23 which should be filed with ROC within 30 days from the date of passing SR.

U need to attach notice of EGM, minutes of BM and EGM, MOA and AOA (Altered copy) and e-form 62 for slp would also b filed.
