I need a help, i have not appeared for the CWA inter group II examination due in June - 2011, i just want to know that whether i have to give the GD , attend the BC seminar again to be eligible of CC in the December 2011 examination or i can directly fill up the examination form ??

If you have got, postal clearance and attended GD earlier then there is no need of that..
Just fill the form and sit in examination hall, having your admit card.
