please can any one tell me for cpt exempted students ,what is that 9 months training before writing the ipcc......and can i do article ship and 9 months practical training simultaneously ?......

i passed tybcom in 2010 . i got 63% in tybcom but rule says any 3 papers, such as economics 53, accounting (financial accounting)  55, and management accounting 72 . the avg . of this 3 papers is 60% . can i eligible to ipcc direct entry ? please give reply immediately? then i can start my articleship immediately.
