The assessee is a Govt. employee; For providing 'Thane cyclone' relief a part of his salary had been contributed towards Chief Minister Relief Fund. The contribution is eligible for 100% deduction u/s 80G. while filling ITR- 80G column (for efiling), we are to fill PAN of the Donee; but we possibly cannot know the Donee or his PAN.
Any idea? please help, 7 ITRs are pending to be filed because of this confusion.
PAN of Donee will be written on the donation Receipt in case no receipt is available you can ask the employer to give PAN of the Donee institution.
