Later vill be sufficient
Only subhash kumar jain also sufficient
No need of full names. Rather minor spelling mistakes are also allowed.

You dont even need to write CIT.... Just write " Facts and circumstances are similar to the case of SUBHAS KUMAR JAIN  (2012) in which the High Court......"

Write only the name of the party, if you remeber the year then better, .. Authority is also recommended..(SC High Court or Tribunals).

Proper numbering not needed.

Example :

"In the case of XYZ (2000) the Supreme court held that..... "

even no need to remember name of any case law ,remember its content.so don't give stress on remembering name of case law.
I scored 63 in IDT.I didn't write the nameof any case law in my paper :)
