Dear Mohit I know the site contains latest notifications and circulars. But I am talking about the Act and Rules. Sadly, the effect of changes introduced via notifications have not been incorporated in the Act and Rules. Please suggest any website where I can find Excise Act and Rules in which effect of changes (via notifications) is given. thanks

If these 2 are also not updated then, we'll have to wait for reply from some other member.

All free sites are not properly updated regulary.Better you have to opt any paid site like taxindiaonline, taxmanagementindia etc.

I accept with Mr. Sunil.  better you can to paid web site or brough a manual from centex and they can send supplements to you on free of cost when amendment made in Manual.
