FIRST U SHULD HV 2 CLEAR D QNS, WHAT U WANT 2 ASK FROM US, THEN WE WILL MOVE AHEAD?.....
you can go through full time B.com course .
since in your case while doing IPCC there is no requirement of articleship
but afer IPCC you have to go article training.there fore you should go for morning colleges.
south extn is in delhi i am from calcutta so i have no knowledge about college and tuturs
