Paypal payments received are exports, and the government is offering refunds for exporters in their bank account. The refund details were advertised in local newspapers also.

I have applied for refund, its been 6days,
Paypal sent me notification to submit gst number to claim input tax credit. I submitted my gst number from October and i read somewhere that gst will automatically refunded on my bank account.
Lets see how it goes.
