Handwritten agreement on stamp paper
Is it acceptable, if an handwritten agreement on Rs 500 stamp paper for taking a loan of Rs 30000 from a Govt Office ? My concern is that is it mendatory to type the words of agreement on stamp paper or simply handwritten will serve the purpose. I have handwritten the agreement on stamp paper.

I believe it should be only printed copy is required....
If hand written agreement is clear and precise and if it is notrised by LLB and if it is accepted by opposite party , then it is as valid as typed .
