Govt is changing rules everyday and making the life of business hell. Businessman, instead of doing business, is just doing GST. New laws everyday. No stability in tax system now to plan for future.

Looking at the past trends, I guess it will be available on 30th, Hence all Chartereds/Tax Practioners will spend their new year trying to file GSTR1 and just about the same time site will stop working...
Till date no single approval is granted by way of enrollment of GST Practitioner/s who is only authorised to undertake certain activities/role on behalf of taxpayers. And taxpayers shall authorise(S.48(2) of CGST Act) only such GSTP to file on his behalf. Otherwise it is a violation. But many advisers including CAs are filing the Returns for the clients without knowing it; when there is no specific provision how do you file with their dsc?.So untill approved GSTP available, filing the returns shall be thro approved facilitation centre only in order to comply gst law. So GOI shall start enrolling GSTP to ease compliance. Views are solicited.
