Kindly let us know for following regarding issuance of Form H
1. Whlie applying for Form H which value need to be mentioned : whether Invoice value or only purchase value?
2. We are exporter of PP bags. We have received invoice from my supplier on port stuffing basis but after completion of stuffing process at Port, there were 300 bags left. Only stuffed bags have been shipped. For that they have issued credit note at their side for 300 bags. So, i am in a fix that what amount shall i mention for Form H: whether only invoice value or Invoice value minus credit note value.
Looking forward for earliest suggestion from member of this portal.
