there is a book written by Munish Bhandari....its in the question answer format and is a very helpful book for quick studies.
If you want little Detailed one you can go to
M P Vijay Kumar. This is also a good Text Book of Business & Corporate Law for PCC Students.

for corporate law refer ND Kapoor
for mercentile law go for MC Kucchal
and for small acts like epf , bonus act refer to ICAI module
for corporate law refer G. K. Kapoor as case study in it is very nice...
