know ur self wht u can do better... company law is small and carry high marks so do it first, and similarly contracts act is much big and carry less marks... this way u can study law

dear friend i have given my first three attempts of pe-2 which was held in nov-05,may-06, nov-06, in which i gotted marks in bus.&corp. laws are 39,37,31 repectively along with not clearance of any group of pe-2, but i work hard and i get successful achievement in my fourth attempt in which i secured 345/600 marks overall and 77 marks in a/c, 65 marks in bus&corp. laws, i takes books for laws is n.d. kapoor with institute compiler with super sccanner, study material and never takes any types of coachings for such theoritical subjects so, always become confident never being hopeless all the best , best of luck

Module & G.K. Kapoor is Best for LAW

First complete C Law then go for BLaw bcoz CLaw is small & carrying high marks.

In BLaw concentrate on Bonus Act,EPF,Co-op Soc & Multi -state Co-op Soc bcoz these topics carry 20 marks out of 60.

Read case laws from G.K. Kapoor & remaining from Module.

hi i've cleared my PEII only in nov 08.my fav subject is business law only u've to understand the concept practically since its being practically experienced in the day to day life & so try to understand the concept & institute's compiler is very helpful.All the best for ur exams

ya I know CARO is applicable but i wanna know whether....the ammendments to CARO 2003.....hav come to effect...(Companies Audit Report(ammendment) Order 2004)
