Guidance & help please !!

Hi Guys,

I am currently pursuing CS Executive Programme and I have some queries which I hope someone can help me with. I have completed my BCOM & I am currently employed in a Big four firm. However, I am into US taxation. Following are some of the questions I have. I am not sure if these questions were asked by someone else before in this forum.

-- I want to know if my work experience would be taken into consideration for getting exemption from 15 month management training. I went through the prospectus but I was not able understand their exemption criteria clearly. Some of my friends told that even working in a BPO/KPO firm would enable one to get exemption from the training. So, I want some clarity on the same.

-- I am planning on doing a one year PGDM course from Symbiosis taking finance as my specialisation. I would just like to get some of your thoughts on the same and whether doing this course will also benefit me in my career in addition to CS. I would really not like to waste 2 years for doing a full time MBA course as I have seen many in my office who have done MBA and are in the same position and drawing the same pay as I am.

-- Also, regarding scope of CS course for employment abroad. I am aware that the laws of each county are different, But, will doing the CS course help in anyway if I decide to go abroad for employment ?

It would really be helpful to me, if any of you take some time of to clarify my doubts. Thanks in advance :)
