27 October 2020If GTA is providing services to Specified recipient categories & GTA itself is registered under GST, still the recipient is liable to pay GST under RCM, but do GTA need to raise invoice with Tax or without Tax for the services provided by them to Specified recipient categories?

GTA service provider needs to raise invoice and invoice should state that RCM should be paid by service recepient u/s 9(3) of CGST Act.
