hello sir i am small expenses paid to GTA services exp, 250,500,700, total monthly average rs 3000 this amount applicable RCM say yes are no

if it paid freight to GTA with single consignment note upto 750 is exempt
but total paid exceeds rs. 5000 on any single day, then for that day tax to be paid on RCM
Upto Rs 750 fully exempted...
If single consignment exempted less than Rs 1500...
Otherwise RCM applicable @ 5 percent....
The one day ceiling limit not applicable GTA services...
