GTA RCM querry
I have pay GTA tax under RCM but my GTA provider doesn't hold GST registration, how should I pay GTA RCM?

No problem you can pay the tax via RCM.
Annual Return in the FORM GSTR-9 / FORM GSTR-9A and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report in FORM GSTR-9C for the financial year 2017-18 has been extended from 31st August, 2019 to 30th NOVEMBER, 2019.
REMOVAL OF DIFFICULTY ORDER No. 07/2019-CT dated 26.08.2019, issued by the CBIC Department.
Hence, the latest Due Date to file ANNUAL RETURN ( GSTR-9 and GSTR-9A ) and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report ( GSTR-9C ) is 30.11.2019.

I am a individual direct selling agent supplying services to Banks , i want to know that after this notification dated 26-07-18 , should i have to raise bill to bank without charging GST as I am GST registered Individual & how i have to file GSR1 & GSR3B.
Bank will directly pay GST amount on my supplies of services to GST department insted of paying to me.
and i do not have to pay any GST amount to government on my receipts of Services.
