we are transport owner as well ad engaging truck for traportation we are charging invoice. in RCM format .to service rcipient .my question is our sub contractor invoicing transport charges to us whether we have to pay RCM
method. pls clarify
RCM liability arises to register when purchase from unregistered so if
1 sub contractor is unregistered and service is above rs5000 then Pay tax under RCM
2 If sub contractor is registered under GST and unregistered GTA then RCM liability not arises
3 If sub contractor is registered GTA then RCM liability arises even he is unregistered in GST
