for GTA what is the meaning of 5% GST with no ITC.

18% with itc.

simply person who is paying tax in reference to service taken form transporter as it is case of rcm can claim input if he pay 12 % and if pay 5% then can't claim input of same tax paid under rcm

No In 5 % u can't u can claim if u charge 12%
