if a registered person receiving the GTA from registered teaspoon co then can we get ITC or not

if a registered buyer received GTA service from a registered GTA operator and charged GST , in this case buyer can get ITC ?

Yes... Receipient can get as ITC...
if the operator has changed 5%?
