Wanted to confirm the gst rate and SAC code for transportation charges( inter state) not GTA..
Proprietor issuing invoice only for transport charges... Not issuing any consignment noteIs
it 5% without itc or 18% ( dnt wnt to claim ITC)

Are you service provider or recipient of service.
Service provider
If you are providing service to registered dealer, then you are not suppose to pay GST. If you are providing to un registered dealer then you have to pay GST @ 5% with out input of Tax.
We are non GTA
You are GTA or not payment of Tax shall be same.
What if turnover exceed threshold limit
If you dont consider yourself GTA and you are transporting goods via road then such service is exempt.
