No GSTR-9C is required to be filed if turnover exceeds RS.2 crore.

GSTR-9C : Annual Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report needs to be filed and certified by a CA/CMA only by those Registered Persons whose Aggregate Turnover exceeds Rs.2 crore.
