Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to handle excess Input Tax Credit (ITC) claimed in the 2019-20 financial year when filing your GSTR-3B return for 2020-21. The consensus is that you don't necessarily need to use the 'reverse' or 'ineligible' columns for this specific situation. Instead, you can deduct the ITC you wish to reverse directly from your current month's eligible ITC and report the net amount in the 'other ITC' column. It's also noted that reversing ITC isn't directly linked to annual returns or reconciliation statements.

Not required to Reverse that in Reverse Column or ineligible column.
You can just deduct that ITC (which you want to Reverse) from your current month's ITC and take only net ITC in other ITC Column
If i have reverersed than
In which Column of 3B you Reversed ?
Brother not linkined with annual return itc and compression sheet
Some in Itc reversed others and some in as per rule 42 43
