I am going to file GSTR3B today. So kindly suggest me whether to pay penalty or not?
If I need to pay then kindly let me know before filling GSTR3B I have to pay or after filling also we can pay.

no penalty
have deposited penalty @ 100 per day in cgst & sgst, but still the system is not accepting the return. it shows interest on late pmt to be paid
no invoice format . Payment Challan is Sufficient to take ITC
