Gstr3b already submitted/ submission in progress for provid

I have submitted GST R3B for July month almost a month ago. It shows error since then ' GSTR3B Already Submitted/ Submission in Progress for provided inputs' when I try to submit the return. I am unable to file the same as submission is in progress. Also, when I try to file Aug month R3B, message shown is first file for previous month. Will any body provide a solution?
