As per GSTR2B table, the Integrated Tax ITC available total is Rs. 4,08,762.64. Reverse charge liability is Rs. 120.
But when I click B2B invoices, the Integrated Tax total available from totalling the available invoices is Rs. 5,33,412.76 which also contains the RCM Rs. 120 mentioned below. Nothing more is in the GSTR2B. No CGST SGST ITC.
There is a huge difference of Rs. 1,24,650 between the displayed available ITC and the total Integrated Tax ITC value. (NO CSGT and SGST ITC is available).
What could be the problem?

Did you check ITC eligibility column. There is a possibility that Rs. 1,24,650 are not eligible. If that is not the case then do raise a ticket to GSTN for this
