While filing the GSTR2 return, we file the missing invoices, those that are not shown in the auto-populated GSTR2A.

Yes, you can see in GSTR2. Once you click the GST no of the supplier, below B2B Invoice Summary - you find Uploaded by Supplier and Uploaded by Taxpayer cloumn. The details entered by the purchaser can be seen in the Uploaded by Taxpayer column.

Yes, you can. Just go to return dashboard, select the respective period, chose GSTR 2, click on the respective table in which you added the invoices. You should be able to see all the parties from whom purchases are made. Click on any GSTIN and you will see two tabs, i.e., uploaded by supplier and uploaded by taxpayer. The invoice you added should be available in uploaded by taxpayer.

How long does it take the invoice to get reflected in the portal.
I have added a invoice in 3,4A < Inward Supplies received from registered person including reverse charge supplies >. The invoice was addes yesterday afternoon around 3pm. Till now it is not being shown.
After uploading / adding and fullfill your entries then go to click "GENERATE GSTR 2 SUMMERY".....
After few minutes it ll reflect in your return form on 3,4A column......
