I have filed the gstr1 throuh offline mode from software due some invoice were upload which had more than 16 charactor can i add them manualy online please help me as soon as possible

No this is not possiable. Filed return can not be revise.
Offline mode should not allow you to save invoice number more than 16 digital, so which is your invoice number?
yes you can revise but you will be pay panailty

If you are filed the return then no way for revise...
Otherwise if you are upload from offline mode and you want edit before submitting then you can enter the Invoice No....
since till now revision of any return under GST are not available but it will be as we are expecting for atleast of starting period. so wait rather than panic.
