Gstr1 and gstr2 for july17

GSTR1 has not been submitted for the month of July2017. What will be penalty for late filing of GSTR1. Note that all outward supplies are to unregister dealer.

Can I file GSTR2 without filing GSTR1?

gstr 1 will be available from 1st November
till then you can file your gstr 2

You can file GSTR 2 without filling of GSTR 1....


Also You can file your GSTR 1 from 1st November....
Late fee 200/day..

But, wait any relaxation ll be given by CBEC...

Yes, of course u can file GSTR2 even though u have not filed your GSTR1.
