Dsc of C A in 9 C fail to get attached in the form, please tell how to get dsc attached in the form

Is DSC of any other person working in the PC to file the normal GST returns like GSTR 3B or GSTR 1.?
If yes, then let me know... error might be due to some other reason
Else, check whether emsigner is installed or not. If installed, let me know there are couple of steps that have to be done to make emsigner work for GST
Yes dsc of other persons are working well, and other gst returns are being uploaded normally with dsc

What is the error that you are getting.?
Finally uploaded with laptop, it failed in office regular pc, must have been some Internet settings error, earlier
